Creatively Wondering: Terms of Service & Community Guidelines

1. Our Mission & Your Agreement

Welcome to "Creatively Wondering," a publication and online community operated by REDEFINE EDUTECH LIMITED. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where we can explore creativity, visual thinking, and the new frontiers of AI, together. We are a playground for curiosity, designed to help you ignite your unique creative voice.

By subscribing to, reading, or participating in "Creatively Wondering" (including posting comments, joining discussions, and/or attending events), you agree to these Terms of Service & Community Guidelines, as well as our Privacy Policy.

These terms should be read alongside Substack's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as Substack is the platform provider.

2. Our Community Pact & Core Values

To create the best possible environment for exploration, we all agree to operate with a shared set of values:

• Curiosity over Certainty: We ask questions and explore possibilities rather than proclaiming fixed answers.

• Process over Perfection: We celebrate the messy, iterative journey of creation, not just the polished final product.

• Connection over Content: We prioritize meaningful, respectful interaction and building a supportive community.

• Generosity over Promotion: We aim to share knowledge and support freely.

3. Community Guidelines: How We Interact

• Cultivate Kindness & Respect: Treat all members with courtesy. Constructive disagreement is welcome; personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or bullying are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal. Assume positive intent in others' comments.

• Share Generously: Post relevant questions, insights, and experiences related to our core themes: visual thinking, creativity, AI exploration, wonder, and the creative process.

• Strictly No Unsolicited Promotion: This is a non-commercial space for learning and connection. Do not post links to your own products, services, websites, or lead magnets for promotional purposes. Sharing a helpful, relevant resource in direct response to a query is fine, with use of good judgment. Do not send private messages to members for promotional purposes.

• Respect Privacy & Confidentiality: Treat personal stories shared by members with the utmost respect. Assume discussions are confidential to our community unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property & Your Content

• Georgina's Content: All original content, including text, images, sketchnotes, videos, and resources published by Georgina Dean for "Creatively Wondering," is the property of REDEFINE EDUTECH LIMITED and is protected by copyright. It is intended for your personal, non-commercial use within this community, unless explicit permission is granted otherwise.

• Your Content: You retain ownership and copyright of your original content (e.g., comments, discussion posts). By posting, you grant "Creatively Wondering" and Substack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content solely in the context of operating, managing, and promoting this community through 3rd-party marketing platforms (e.g. Instagram, Bluesky, Threads, Facebook, and LinkedIn - to name a few, but not limited to).

5. Age Requirements

"Creatively Wondering" is a community for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. By participating, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Moderation & Compliance

To maintain a safe and positive environment, we actively moderate our community spaces. Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, a formal warning, or permanent removal from the community without refund. All moderation decisions are made at the sole discretion of the founder.

• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own posts, comments, and interactions.

• Use Information At Your Own Risk: Views, advice, and opinions expressed by community members are their own. Your reliance on any information shared within this community is entirely at your own risk. We make no warranties about outcomes.
